My Favorite Snickerdoodle Cookies

This isn’t going to be a long post so hears the headline:
Snickerdoodle Cookies are awesome.
Snickerdoodle Cookies are the perfect soft, chewy, light and buttery cookie with notes of cinnamon giving off “warm your heart” vibes that are welcome all year long. These cookies are always a hit and never stay on the dessert table very long, so grab one or two when you see them while you can.

Ingredietents:
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 3/4 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Cream of Tartar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Mix Flour, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda and Salt, set to the side.
- Cream the softened Butter and Sugar until well blended. Add in the Eggs and blend.
- Next add in the dry ingredients mixture until fully mixed.
- Shape into 1″ balls with you hands and cookie scoop then roll into the 2 Tbsp Sugar and 1tsp Cinnamon mix.
- Place on baking sheet 2″ apart and bake 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool on the pan a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
