I’ve been making this mouthwatering meatball recipe for years and I will never go back to my old recipes. You will understand the name of this recipe as soon as you taste the first meatball. These meatballs can be served by themselves or over traditional spaghetti sauce but I think the game changer is with Butternut Squash Marinara Sauce and Spaghetti. You will thank me later.
Ingredients
- 2lbs of ground beef or a equal 1:1 mixture of lean ground beef and ground turkey
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1.5 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 3 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese in the can
- 1 cup bread crumbs
*Note: I prefer to use 1lb of lean ground beef and 1lb of ground turkey mixed for this recipe.
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 400F
Mix all your ingredients together in a very large bowl. I’m in love with my stainless steel bowl I got from here.

The best way to mix this by hand to get it fully mixed in. After you have it mixed together, start to roll them tightly between your hands and make 1.5” meatballs and bake on a cookie sheet for 20-25 mins. Cool on cooling racks first if you plan to freeze them. Try this doubled to freeze more at a time.

Serve these meatballs with your favorite pasta and along side some No Knead Bread (pictured above) you can thank me later.

October 23, 2019 at 4:13 pmThese meatballs were so easy to make and they were so delicious. My husband and I love them. For the kiddos, I’ll have to lower the pepper flakes because they think they are a tad bit spicy.
