Mixing lean venison with ground beef provides the perfect fat ratio for a juicy and tender meatloaf. Leftovers make fantastic sandwiches the next day. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. This recipe freezes well — bake first, cool completely, then freeze individual slices for easy meals.
