Rinse off your baby back ribs and pat dry with a paper towel. Take the rub and pat it into the ribs on both sides. Some will fall off, but the majority will stick to them. Let them sit while you prepare your Instant Pot.
Take your Instant Pot and place the trivet into the base then add 1 cup of water. Take your first set of ribs and insert them into the Instant Pot on top of the trivet, curling around the pan. Then take the second set of ribs and do the same on the inside of the first rack of ribs.
Seal the Instant Pot and pressure cook on High for 25 minutes with a Quick Release.
Carefully remove the ribs and you technically can eat them now by slathering on some BBQ sauce. But to really give it that amazing finish, you're going to want to place those cooked ribs onto a baking sheet basted in your BBQ sauce and Broil them for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
