Our take on the famous "Papa Doble" cocktailed favored by Hemingway. Our Daiquiri is served straight up with grapefruit, lime, rum, and maraschino liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Clear Rum
  • 1 Grapefruit, juiced
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 oz Maraschino Liquor

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the required amount of fresh squeezed juice, rum, and Maraschino Liquor. Cover and shake for 20-30 seconds. Strain in to a coupe glass and garnish with Luxardo Maraschino cherries.
